service .. having alot of problems caused me to pay double.. they did nothing to help me .. it turned out to be the phone .. they offered a new phone but were not willing to pick up the cost ..seeing I had the phone for onely a few months I had hoped on an exchange with out the cost to me,. I ended up going to another cell phone company .. been very happy also .. try another company .. I...

i had a phone through them an they refused to help me when my phone had problems even though it was later found out that the problem the phone had was their own problem, the didn't program it right, plus they over charged me an it took months to get refunded the money they over charged me.
