Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My phone is not working properly. My phone is under full warranty. All payments are up to date. This is 2nd phone I've purchased from this store. BIG MISTAKE! Store won't honor warranty to fix or exchange this phone. Go to Verizon, Apple or Sprint instead.
