Great food and reasonable prices. The service is not that great. We ordered their awesome onion rings for our appetizer and never got plates for them. Our drinks were not refilled for almost 30 minutes!! By the time we did get refills, we were finished with our meal. Our waitress never asked how things were, and never seemed that happy to be there. I have had much better service during the week...

Good Food, Friendly Service. My family and I have eaten at Cheddars several times now and frankly I am surprised by the negative reviews here. Our waiters/waitresses have always been extremely pleasant and very helpful, the service has been fast, and our food has always been great. I am in love with their onion rings, but unfortunately they are only available as an appetizer and not as a side....

Food is good but the service is awful- Every single time we go there. Even when you discuss the issue with a manager, it's like they don't care about quality service as long as they keep turning over tables. We only go there now if I REALLY want something they exclusively have (Monte Cristo)

My fiance and I went to cheddars back in the winter and we had a horrible experience the ambiance in the place was great but the food was horrible. I ordered the shepherds pie and it literally look like poop I could not believe they would send out something that smelled and looked like that so I sent it back and ordered something else which was a raw vegetable plate when my vegetable plate came...
