Drive thru pit stop and there was a guy walking through in front of me. Funny. Easy to use machine. Easy in and out from the streets but watch for pedestrians as you are near the bus stops.

VERY Bank-y and corporate-y. Not very personal even after banking w/ them for over 10 years. Terrible customer service. Most people I have talked to agree whole-heartedly. I would choose another bank. There are lots. Not this one.

My favorite US Bank in DSM. Friendly tellers, great mortgage dept, beautiful building and right in the middle of downtown.They have a token operated parking lot with 20-ish spaces so it's free to park when you're there and overflow parking in the ramp that can be free when authorized by a teller.Never have I ever found a dud of an employee here. A+ bank!

Always great service at this branch of US Bank!Tip: if you park in the Parking lot remember to get a tolken from inside so you can get your car out! But you can park for free! Window and drive up atm and tellers! Good Spot in Downtown Des Moines as well!
