Destroyed my coworkers debit card at the ATM because it's not from their bank...branch manager said 'this is American bank, good luck." I'm telling everyone I know, unacceptable...what a nightma...

I have been doing business with this branch for 7 years. The service is outstanding! Rosie and Alex are wonderful. I also do business with the 2 Downey branches and they are awesome as well.
