Thank God I went with my daughter. He wanted to do a Vaginal examination. I told him that my daughter is a virgin, he said "it doesn't matter, its the first line of examination"
I suggested he ordered ultrasound of the bladder, he said "NO" Then I told him I would not allow him to do a vaginal examination on my daughter who has never known a man. Even my daughter's gynecologist having known...

A rabid dog probably has bed side manner better than this. Also the office staff is rude and obnoxious. II will never listen to my Primarys recommendation again do your own research look online there a five-star urologists in Hamilton. Go there

Dr. Caplan is an exceptional doctor. He is the rare combination of expertise and personal warmth. He truly cares about his patients and treats them with respect and dignity. His subordinates obviously think the world of him and they make a wonderful team in both surgery and routine office visits.

Dr Caplan is a very thorough, patient and highly competent physician who engenders confidence in his patients. My health is very important to me and I am very appreciative of his skill but also of his willingness to address my concerns in a caring manner.
He also does not let me talk my way out of needed tests and treatments.
