I ordered 6 new appliances in early November from Urners. In just 2 months. 4 out of 6 appliances were either installed improperly or were faulty appliances that had to be replaced or new parts ordered. this has resulted in at least 7 or 8 inconvenient service appointments....Not a single call from management apologizing or offering any compensation for all of the problems or my inconvenience....

Purchased Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer. What a great experience from sales to delivery and setup! Adam was extremely knowledgeable on each appliance left the store and said to my wife... "what a refreshing experience." This excellent service continued when the two gentlemen delivered and setup all three units. They were polite, very careful & fast. I highly recommend Urners these guys are great!
