Granted I have not eaten here. But I have been several times to drink and enjoy the second floor open patio. Great place to go when the weather is nice. There are drinks specials basically every day and they have liquor on tap.
Food was mediocre at best, service was horrible! We went at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon, place was 1/4 full. It has the potential to be great, but needs good management overhaul. Probably won't be back.
Great location! The beeritas are killer. Two and you're done and that's the way I like it. The salsa is okay, but the bean dip they serve with the chips is really good. Urban Rio is amazing. Good food and the wait staff was even better. We had a waitress named Kim, she was supper nice and helped us with our compiled orders. Really recommend this restaurant.
