i.HORRIBLE! The establishment was not busy and we were seated right away. We were given menus and drink orders were taken, but we never saw our waitress again! After waiting 20 minutes we left! It was not busy and this was totally unacceptable! Would not recommend this place to anyone. The location on Orange avenue downtown was a different story and comes highly recommended! I thought Urban Flats was a great place to go. My whole experience couldn't have been better (in fact I am going back tonight). The staff couldn't have been friendlier, efficient or helpful. I would highly recommend giving them a try. I believe its on Wednesdays that they have a wine tasting with dinner and snacks for a very reasonable price.
