Went in for a hair cut asked for her to clip the back so the hair line so it wasnt sticking up, she threw my hair up and shaved the whole back of my head! And I mean half way up, very bad salon and for the price I could of had my husband do a better job, my daughters look like they have a helmet on their heads and Im half bald I will NEVER go in there again!! Unreal, good salon bad salon...

We LOVE Urban Edge. As 2 members of our family have asthma, we appreciate that there is NO SMOKING in the salon! Our teenage son changes his style all the time - he comes out looking different but great. Never going back!
I went there for a trim and came out with my bangs so wacked up it took months too fix. Then loked at my hair which is oong, and one side was 1.5 inches shorter then the other!
They do not know how to cut hair and this was the owner-

I had an awful-- beyond awful-- experience at Urban Edge in Monee. I am amused by the fact that they call themselves a "Chicago concept salon." While I'm not a native-Chicagoan, I'm pretty sure its concepts do not include "smoking environment," "amateur stylists," or "rush, rush, rush... money, money, money!"
