worst customer service ever!

The worst ""service"" ever! Don't bother wasting your time there. I went there today to buy a fishing license for fly-fishing in NY state. I walked into the store, there was 1 guy helping a couple of tourists, 1 guy standing around, and 2 others putting rods in a display case. I waited at the front checkout/service desk. No one bothered to come over and help. Finally I had to ask for help. When I explained I wanted to pick up a license the small guy with an accent said I'd have to wait until they were done with the other customes (all 2 of them for 4 staff to handle), and that they didn't...
