ZERO STAR - I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on 3/13/2015. Is it possible to leave less than a star. They "delay" half my shipment for no other reason than it was forgotten. I have now tried calling more than 8 times and noone will answer the phone. This facility is only part of the problem however. They instruct employees in customer service thst they are noy to hive out the corperate phone numbers and told me that there was no number to contact this...
