Horrific customer service!!! I first went to The UPS Store in Wakefield in September 2014 after having just moved to the area. I walked in carrying a rather large box with a pre-paid UPS label....

Love this UPS location, their prices for a mail box is way under the MSRP and they offer flexible lease terms, with full service (forwarding mail, etc). Have already renewed and will continue to...

I went to this location to mail a package to my son who is stationed in Japan. The young girl was a sweetheart. Explained she could bubble wrap and box my package but couldn't mail to apo...
