The lady that owns this ups store also to my chegrin, owns the ceres ups store. This rotund, mean, woman is so unpleasant to deal with. i asked her a simple question about shipping and she tore my head off. its like lady are you stupid? in an economy so awful why would you even jeoparize running me off like that? ive told all my friends and familly members to do business in modesto if they want...

I am dissapointed in Turlock Ups Store Service and promice to deliver a package. Paid almost $50.00 dollars for next day delivery 4/15/2010 it is 4/17/2010 @5:50 pm. called and no answer and not deliver of package still. That is bad business practice.
