These are the kinds of ripoffs you can expect when you do business with these places.
Be on the lookout for credit card fraud and identity theft, at the very least.
Mr. Kim is not too concerned with you, because in his country, he wouldn't have to be.

I rented a mail box from this UPS Store for 3  months.  Not only was it never activated, it contained another persons mail.  I sent the owner Mr Kim a copy of the signed letter from his emplyee stating I am due a full refund of $81.   Mr Kim, the owner, has not replied or contacted me.

Your report is confusing

You rented a mail box for 3 months, but it was never activated.  Later you said that you never had a box but they are charging you for 1 month.  Then you say that your mail never got transferred, how were they supposed to transfer it?
