We have had UPS boxes at several locations throughout the US and this location at 334 E. Kearney in Springfield, MO was by far the best experience yet. The people were extremely nice and helpful. When I had mail sent there it actually got there and was not sent back like several in the past. Overall it was a good experience and I would do it again if needed.
