The folks who own this store are quite special and go the extra distance for customers, even when UPS (which does NOT own this store...) makes things difficult. This is customer service the way it SHOULD be.For that reason, I make a point of shipping from here, whenever I can.

I travel a lot so I use store like the UPS Store a lot. I learned that they are NOT owned by the Giant UPS Shipping company so every store run differently. And YES I noticed! This store in Shoreline is one of the store I always use when Im in WA area either making copies or shipping my stuffs or even asking where to go to eat??? They are very friendly and knowledgeable....I always get more information from this store than any other UPS Stores. They get things done right and fast. Thank you for being so efficient!
