Don't waste your time, go to another UPS store. I don't know how many times I've tried to go in there to do something and they tell me that they're store can't handle it and I have to go somewhere...

I feel like this is your typical UPS store. The guy working behind the counter was nice enough, did his job without any slack, I paid and left and that was that. Nothing traumatic, nothing terrible.
