I've sent and returned innumerable packages from this UPS. Everything has always gone perfectly. John's help is invariably outstanding... and he's always such a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars!!!

found it not open during regular hours. Used it a few times, but this week my package that was labeled and dropped off to the man at the counter is missing. It was never scanned in.

The package got stolen from this location and the guy has no clue where it is, the tracking says it never made it out of his store, beware!Not open during regular store hours, horrible service!

ONE STAR BECAUSE IT IS HARD TO GIVE NO STARS. I dropped two UPS boxes with online pre-paid labels at this store, which is # 0945. When I asked for a receipt, the gentleman ***asked for a service fee to give me the receipt for the drop-off***. Just unbelievable. Needless to say that I will ever go back again.
