Went to this store about a month ago, and was greeted by John, who was extremely friendly (jolly almost!). I had to return an online purchase. The package was a bit heavier than the label allowed for. John kindly explained to me that it would be okay if the weight was too much. Great customer service - I zipped in and out of there without any problems, which is how errands should be!

A super small UPS store, nice staff, the line can sometimes get a bit out of control. The real problem here is how from my direction I come from Dedham Ave. and it takes forever for the traffic light to turn green and then takes forever to find a parking spot!!!
