Not enough staff. Always a line to order and a huge line waiting for their drinks. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry.

First of all this Starbucks is not very big but the baristas were extremely nice. As crowded as it was in the building I only had to wait about two minutes...

The owner Kim Jensen is rude, unprofessional, has no customer service skills, and is very cheap. We asked to borrow some tape to tape up a package, he refused and kept saying he will tape it after we leave. We knew he wasnt going to, so he finally gave us a piece about 2 inches long. He is in this business strictly for the money and will do everything he can to charge his customers extra costs.
