I have a P.O. Box at this location as soon as I walk through the door they know who I am, greet me and hand my mail over. Very organized!

There were three employees there, but nobody helped me or greeted me. Two were in a room in the back and the other was doing something in another office.

So, I had this huge deadline to make. I needed to make color copies, but the copier was out of service. I made black and white copies instead and they were very faded.

Then, the paper ran out after making 15 copies. Don't people check the machines? I tried to steal it from the broken machine, but it was empty too. I had to call out for help. It took 5 minutes for the man to unlock a cabinet and insert the paper.

I remained calm...
