Passive aggressive management. forget about the customers' needs.He chooses which customers to give good service and I wasn't on list. Tread carefully.

Song of the year advertises monthly song writer's contests for several different categories. Each monthly winner allegedly moves on to the final song of the year finals. They also offer song writer critique services. I submitted three completed songs to enter for the contest and two lyrics to be critiqued. Horrible place to do business

Shawn the ""manager"" put the wrong label on my package and it went to Oregon instead of Colorado. The person that got my package stole most of the stuff out of the box, then sent it back to the ups store. Shawn then told me he would put in a claim to reinburse me. After 3 months of going back and forth he refused to pay me. When I called in a complaint to the corporate UPS office they contacted the owner Mike Durham. He then told Shawn to handle it. Sean called me at my home and harrassed me to the point I had to call the police on him. He cursed me out and threatened me. Still...
