I had six small photos to scan. The owner insisted that I scan them in six different files. Had I known that each scan cost $5 (absurd!), I would not have had the photos scanned to begin with; however, it sickens me to know that what cost me $30 could have been done in a manner that would have cost $5 or $10 by placing multiple photos on the screen to scan at once.
