Should start by saying that I have only been here once and experienced one employee.His name was Matt and he helped me figure out shipping options for sending my mom her heart medication after it was stolen in Spain.He was very patient and made it a very pleasant experience.Thank you!

This place is really hit or miss, and it 100% depends on which employee you deal with. I've been here more than a handful of times, more recently it's been to drop off packages. The first time I dropped off, as always, I asked for a delivery receipt. I know that I can track a package online via the tracking #, but …

I agree with a previous review that this place has terrible customer service. I try to avoid this store whenever I can, but since there is not another one nearby I end up coming here and almost always regret it.Employees are very rude and act as if they are doing you a favor. UPS should definitely check who they hire for "customer service
