The Sept 2013 review must have been written by the owner. Dishonest pricing! Bought a 14x14x48 box from the store (with dimensions labelled clearly on the box) and was given an estimated cost to ship the box at a given weight. The darien ups store has been in business for over 25 years and .having traveled and been to many many ups stores around the country,they are without a doubt a cut above the rest.they are extremely knowledge and by far they give the best customer service.

I wish I didn't have to give a star in order to rate this store. They deserve negative stars. My husband took an item that needed a slightly bigger box than we had to be mailed there. We were returning something to Amazon, and had a prepaid shipping lable even, so we ONLY needed a box, not to pay for shipping or packing or anything.
