The manager was extremely unhelpful when I inquired whether my phone had been seen or found. This company cannot do more than you can do yourself by law. They won't tell you the money is non refundable thats why they'll want you to run your card before telling you what they do. Call hireright for free dac report & fill out dispute form & contact previous employer to email,write or verbally dispute your inaccuracies. Thats all this company does. Check them out @ bbb or federal trade act...

DAC FIX rip off. Do not use this service. They will promise you they can fix anything you have a problem with on your DAC. Once u pay they do not produce. AT best they add a rebuttal and consider this a 70 percent success. Finally, they have an F rating with the BBB.  Just another ripoff service.
