Great and convenient place to ship your stuff. They also sell stamps and I believe I've seen people drop their mail off. Staff is friendly and courteous at all times. The owner of this store Was reported To The Main UPS office as well as the Franchise Head Office In California.

Cutomer service was atrocious,very un helpful and abusive.He also owns The Wethersfield UPS Store.

Many of my neighbors have also had issues with this individual.I would suggest you call UPS Franchise headquarters as they already have a report on file about him.

great place to ship. seriously as people get more email oriented it seems like there are fewer package shipping places and this is a really good one. i just wish i could drop off fedex here too.
