The new owners are a class act and have fixed some problems that existed before. I delivered my packages to CA and FL no problem with excellent customer service. They also upgraded the entire store so that the customer experience is better

So in early Feb. I mailed a package out to a friend in California. After 2 weeks she didn't get it so I checked with the store- it was supposed to be on it's way back to the store, and the 2 guys working there said they'd call me when it came. It never came- 3 weeks later after seeing what happened to the package I go back to the store and they don't know what happened to it. So the guy says he will put a trace on it bc it is listed as missing- I ask him for something written down saying this, he stares at me like I'm crazy (I like to keep records of stuff).
