Had to ship a big heavy box via UPS freight. I had the box, I didn't have the pallet/skid. I called 2 UPS stores and neither of them had a clue as to what I should do. Ended up calling this UPS...

$1 PER PAGE for a FAX. I had a 70 page document to fax to Geico. So UPS and Geico need a calendar, its 2014 not 1995.

One star is generous. Worst place on earth? "Employee" quoted me $200 to mail a 4lb pkg, and claimed that USPS wouldn't do it for less, after I had just told him that I had just been quoted $40 at...
