unreliable and unprofessional

I used this location as business mailbox and shipping outlet for 2 years. The current management is unreliable and unprofessional. A package was sent there for my business under the previous address and, even though I had printed copies of receipt and delivery confirmation, they denied delivery. The manager made no attempt to search the office for my package and I don't trust they'll continue to look for it as I requested. DON""T GO HERE!

No one to answer calls and no one to return them. This is very poor business practices. Do NOT use this UPS!! repeat....Do Not Use this UPS store.
