two stars because they did receive a lot of my mail - packages and letters - and in 2 years only one thing did not make it there - which could be usps. however, 3x i found mail from another mailbox number in my mailbox and turned it in, but what if somebody had my lost mail in a wrong box and just threw it out? …

I quickly stopped in here to mail a package. I don't think I can give this place the greatest review because I was literally inside here for less than 2 minutes. Okay, spoke to someone on my weekly visit and he was very apologetic and nice. It sounds like the issues we were having were with previous employees and anything past that was a miss communication. I will update if I have any other huge complaints, but its nice to see someone who cares about their store and the customers enough to reach out.

Amazing service! I love this store. I would ship here vs a FedExThe customer service rep this morning - April 1 2014 (I didn't catch his name) was so helpful, trying out different box dimensions and trying to help me find the lowest price to ship some personal stuff.
