I've sent a few boxes with a "Free Shipping" label, I was taken back by the $1.00 charge to ship my tiny box.. Of course I asked for a receipt.. Today I went to another UPS location to mail another tiny box with a free shipping label. The associate said "Thank you, have a nice day" I responded, with dollar in hand, "That's it???"
