With very polite and helpful staff, this store is well stocked and very efficient. I have never had to wait but the costs are a bit high for me. My wife enters the dimensions for an item she is shipping to Florida. The UPS web site says $35. She takes it to the UPS Store and they quote her $38. Is there a $3.00 surcharge for going to the UPS Store. Why not just call UPS to come and pick it up? These UPS Stores are poorly managed and they don't seem to care if anyone ever uses their services again. They're almost as bad as the USPS!
