I walked into The UPS Store on Scholls Ferry Rd. a while back and was totally impressed with how well the store is run. They were very good at being attentive to each customer who came into their shop no matter how busy it got. And they do more than just shipping! Earlier this year Irum helped me with binding of two soft cover books. She generously worked my project into the schedule with many other mailing, packaging, shipping, and printing activities occurring in the store at the same time just to meet my timeline. Thank you Irum! I love my books and now they lay flat when opened, and are holding up very well to the continual use. I recommend this store for all your business center needs.

I've used Irum's services many times, and I've always found her to be most helpful and friendly. I can bring in fragile items to be shipped, and she'll wrap them all in bubble wrap and make sure they arrive to their destination safely. She'll also get a flyer printed and out the door in a flash. I especially her store's environment--it's like the neighborhood hang-out where she knows the name of everyone who comes in.

Irum Majid, Owner of the UPS Store, on SW Schools Ferry Rd. in Beaverton, is one of the most dedicated customer service professionals I have worked with. She cares passionately about any type of work she does for her customers. As good as a UPS Store is, Irum offers so much more than shipping. It's also in what she creates. She is a wizard at creating business cards, postcards, brochures, calendars, large style prints and much more. Plus, whenever I'm in her store, it's apparent that the store has a loyal community of people who stop in just to say hi.For any shipping and packaging requirements you have, go see Irum. For any brochures, calendars and large style printing you need, go see Irum. She is so friendly and professional you'll go back there over and over again. Excellent customer service will always keep you going back for more!

Irum, the owner of this UPS Store, is very caring and personable, and is dedicated to serving her customers and fellow community members with her print and shipping services. I've given her print jobs online and she takes care of it so easily and cheerfully. It's nice to work with a business owner who genuinely cares about her customers!
