George was straightforward, professional, and clear... and a bit of a smart ass, which I greatly appreciated. ("Will the world end if it doesn't arrive tomorrow?") He also appeared like a good boss to his co-workers. He made sure to be clear that a cheaper option would 95% chance arrive the next day -- so he tried to save me money (though I opted for 100% for certainty). I'll be back!
