Great customer service! Received returned packages that I shipped UPS. Very patient holding on to packages, and made shipment to correct address as easy as possible. Highly recommend this store!

I use the UPS store on Monroe a couple times a month, and its always a good experience. Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming. My stuff gets shipped and I can buy stamps without the nightmare of going to the post office.
