I'm surprised by the other reviews because I am always impressed with these guys. Gene always takes great care. Everyone's experience may be different but these guys have helped me out several times.

Highly discourage using this UPS location. The staff, including the manager Gene, are unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. I recommend using any other location but this one.
