Friendly and helpful staff is a plus to the convenient location downtown. I have been a customer since 2006 and I have been very pleased with the service.

Horrible service! This is not a rant. It's an objective opinion. Under staffed, they never have more than one employe at a time so get ready to wait and the employs are rude and unhelpful.

Is NOT CHEAP to get a mailing address at THIS UPS franchise...probably not at any of them. 6 month lease will cost $158 PLUS a $50 "set up" fee. Is located in a hotel so mail access is not available 24 hours. Even a regular P.O. Box will generally give you 24 hour access. NOT worth the price.

Nice people and good service. Wish it were open later, but it's 7 to 7 Monday through Friday and 7 to 3 on Saturdays.
