I left a couple of cameras in a coffee shop in Asheville and after wasting an hour on the phone with Fedex HQ, I phoned this store and got to speak to Cheryl - nothing was a problem - brilliantly handled! The cameras were picked up, packed superbly and sent to me in Wilmington - I received them in about 19 hours from the time of my first call. The package arrived with everything individually...
