My experience was such insanity I'll be using FED-EX from here out.
I came in yesterday, to have a package returned to the original sender. When it arrived at my business, the tape was undone on the front, which I re-fastened for further shipping.

From the moment I walked in the door, tension was heavy in the air; No greeting, or respect paid to the customers being dealt with ahead of me. Boxes were being thrown about as well as sneers, sighs & tapping fingers of impatience.
My turn came & I told Josh, the ""Manager,"" I had been sent a package I hadn't ordered, which had a return...
