Had extreme difficulty with my delivery. I was not home for the 1st try and the driver marked he would retry between 2-5pm the following day. TIP dont go to FIFE.... I tried to write my review but I could not acess it. I Guess they do not want reviews. Years ago, I used this place all the time.It was worth the drive to save approx. 50% off of shipping.Not anymore! I saved a whooping .85 over USPS to mail a medium size box with a lantern in it (it cost $32!!).Guess, I'm stuck using USPS...... Facility is old, dated and staff would rather be anywhere but there.....

Rude customer service. They gave me a specific time to be there for package pickup, when I got there I was told to come back an hour later. These guys need to get their game together. Was also sent a text via cellphone that my package was ready. Annnnd of course it wasn t.
