So I am waiting for a package and it is to be delivered on 2/2/12, I am not home so they leave a note saying they are gong to try again 2/3/12 between 2-5, well it snows a ton. So i check the status in the morning and it says it is out for delivery. I get home at 130 and wait until 530. Still no package and I have to leave and go pick up my girlfriend from work. I then check on the package...

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!!!

I was waiting for a pkg to arrive and finally checked on the status monday night(12/5/11) and found out my pkg had been in Co since friday. Said they couldn't find my apt # and attempted to get it, one problem, I DON'T LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! I don't know who they left a postcard for but I never got one!!

I called tuesday and was told...

the guy on the phone was so rude... i got a call to tell me to come pick up my package, but he does not tell me where they are located, so i politely asked "where are you located?" and he replied with so much attitude and extremely fast too... Am i God to figure stuff out??!! what the hell!!! :) :)

I stay by myself in an apartment complex and when I got in from work I had a package sitting in front of my door which contained a collector's item. By the grace of God my package was not stolen. I get a lot of packages and some are historical documents I pay a lot of money for. I'm sure your policy states something "packages are to be left at the office when delivering to apartment complexes...
