They couldn't print cartoon dollar bills for my classroom! They said they looked like real bills, but they're not even kind of close! Very strange.

Excellent customer service. I had an error in my file which they caught and contacted me about instead of printing incorrectly. Many thanks for Michael, Denise and Vince for helping me fix the error and rushing a proof!

I ordered double sided tags from Uprinting and was sent single sided tags. I contacted customer support and they refuse to reprint them and do it as they were ordered. They offered me a $50 credit instead, HALF of what I paid for the order. I will not be using Uprinting again and do not recommend them. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

I recently purchased a set of wine bottle labels, which arrived today. I'm disappointed in that they had finger-print smudges that can't be removed, and each label had three (3) creases, lines across the labels (all of them). I purchased labels two previous times (can't remember where), and this was not an issue. Will not order from Uprinting in the future!
