The owner Jose has been cutting my hair for 15 plus years his skill really are second to none he cuts hair for celebrities such as 50 cent and the g-unit when they are in town and I would recommend that if your in the greater Hartford area stop in and get fresh you'll live the family oriented environment 1 cut from the barbers at upper cuts and you will have found your new barber
