The service at this salon is amazing! I was in Taylorville, IL just visiting and decided I needed a haircut. I went to Upper Cut Salon where Jamie was my stylist. She was so precise, the outcome was awesome, whenever you're in town and are in need of a haircut, be sure you stop here!
