Luis Aguilera is a lifesaver! After buying countless pairs of running shoes, I finally know what I'm looking for and what I need...thanks to Luis's help and vast knowledge. He was patient and explained the technicality behind each shoe's purpose, and why my stride required a specific shoe. Thank you Luis, my knees thank you as well!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It is more than a store for running shoes or gear. It is a place where you can meet runners, not only with the staff, but the runners that gather there. Up and Running is awesome! Recommended 100%!!!

Love this place! They've a nice variety of items and the staff is out of this world. Would like them to carry more compression socks... Some CEP or Zoots in my size. I've only seen 2XU and I'm not a fan of those. Still... Lots of great shoes, running socks, nutrition, clothes, and stickers/magnets, plus lots of info on local races. I'm a fan:)
