The last two times weren't as good as I expected. I came in early July to get my roots done and some color, since I was traveling to Europe for 4 weeks. The color rinsed out immediately and I was back to the old grey look....I was very disappointed. I took photos to prove it. My box of $10.00 root fix works three times as long....

Then I got a haircut a few weeks ago. The gal was very quiet...
