On paper this place is great, its good looking, near UVU, its got underground parking, a hot tub, a lounge, work out room, provided tv''s and furniture, 2 fridges per kitchen, the list goes on...

They charged my daughter $800 for 27 days of residency. The apartment was cleaned better than it had been in years and they tried to tell her she failed the cleaning inspection and wanted $63 from her. DON'T DO IT! There are plenty of honest people to rent from in Provo/Orem
