Was quoted a 2 week turn around on some old film..however after a month I finally got my film..When I called them to see how things were progressing I was given horrible service. One of the workers even talked back to me, saying if I would stop calling they could get it done faster ! This was on the 2nd call after my film was a week and a half late! The employees don't know anything and the selection is horrible. They have a giant picture of a Hasselblad on their sign, yet they sell no Hasselblad merchandise. Quite possibly the worst camera store I have ever been to. I seriously expect much more from a Big Ten college town camera store.
